Ingredients
Steps
-
Bacon, minced garlic, minced chili, salt, black pepper, leek and chicken bone stock, pasta.
-
Green cabbage.
-
Cut green cabbage into segments.
-
Heat a pan, heat oil, add bacon, and stir-fry over medium-high heat (or medium heat) until fragrant. (At this time, if the wok is too hot during the stir-frying process, turn off the heat first, and then use the remaining heat from the wok to stir-fry.)
-
After the bacon is sautéed, add minced garlic and minced chili pepper and sauté over medium heat until fragrant. (If you think the fire is too high, use medium-low or low heat.)
-
After step (5), add the green cabbage stems and stir-fry lightly over medium-high heat (or medium heat).
-
Add the remaining green cabbage leaves and stir-fry lightly over medium-high heat (or medium heat).
-
After step (7), add 5-6 tablespoons of leek and chicken bone stock and set aside.
-
Prepare a separate pot and add water. After it boils, add the pasta. (It is best if the cooking time of the noodles can match the time of the ingredients in the wok. If it cannot match the time, turn off the heat of the wok first, wait for the noodles to be cooked, pick it up and put it into the wok, then turn on the heat.)
-
After boiling in step (9), remove the noodles. (After the homemade noodles are boiled, just take them out. You can boil them again for a while. Do not cook them too much and the taste will be poor.)
-
Put the noodles into the wok from step (8) and stir-fry lightly over medium-high heat (or medium heat).
-
Sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
-
After step (12), stir-fry until the juice is reduced to 10% soup, then turn off the heat.
-
After combining on a plate, it is ready to serve.
