Steps
-
One lotus root
-
Two boneless chicken legs.
-
A handful of rapeseed.
-
Dice lotus root.
-
Dice the chicken legs.
-
Cut off rapeseed.
-
In a frying pan, when the oil is slightly hot, add the ginger slices.
-
After adding the ginger slices, add the chicken legs and cut them open with chopsticks. Fry slowly over medium heat.
-
Shake the pan frequently when frying to prevent burning. When frying until golden brown, flip pan and fry the other side. Be sure to fry the chicken until the water is gone and the chicken is golden brown. This way the chicken will taste great.
-
When the chicken is fried until golden brown, add the diced lotus root and continue to fry. Always medium to small fire.
-
Fry over medium heat for about 5 minutes. After the lotus vegetables are cooked, add oil and barbecue sauce.
-
Continue frying without adding a drop of water during the frying process. After adding the oil and barbecue sauce, the color will look good and it will be very appetizing.
-
Add the rapeseed. The main reason for adding the rapeseed is for nutrition, and it will look better with a little green color.
-
Wait for the rapeseed to be cooked. Remove from the pan.

Barbecue sauce is available in supermarkets and is not expensive. Adding some barbeque sauce to stir-fry will make it taste better. Barbeque sauce can also be used for frying steaks. I personally don't like MSG. So I didn’t add MSG and chicken essence.
