Seaweed crab fillet roll
Overview
Every time I go to a small restaurant to eat dumplings, I always order a few seaweed and crab rolls at the same time. My 4-year-old son also likes to eat them. It looked similar to sushi rolls, so I tried making it myself when I came back. I didn't think of taking a picture of the finished product until the end of the meal. The picture was a bit ugly, but it tasted good.

Prepare the ingredients and marinate the minced meat with salt, sugar and peanut oil for 20 minutes in advance.

Place the seaweed on the sushi roll, then evenly spread a layer of minced meat, occupying half of the seaweed.

Fold the seaweed symmetrically and put two crab sticks on it.

Roll up the crab sticks. Make another strip in the same way, steam it in a pot for 10 minutes, and cut it into small pieces.
