Overview

Every time I go to a small restaurant to eat dumplings, I always order a few seaweed and crab rolls at the same time. My 4-year-old son also likes to eat them. It looked similar to sushi rolls, so I tried making it myself when I came back. I didn't think of taking a picture of the finished product until the end of the meal. The picture was a bit ugly, but it tasted good.

  1. Prepare the ingredients and marinate the minced meat with salt, sugar and peanut oil for 20 minutes in advance.
