Fruity Laba Porridge
Overview
As we have said, Laba porridge is the Chinese New Year. I want to try a new twist on this year’s Laba porridge. It’s not too satisfying to eat the same old ones all the time. So I added apples to it. This is not the first time that I have used apples in porridge. I have cooked it with apples, red beans and rice before, and my children like it better. Therefore, it is most important to know what your children and family members like. Now I invite all my friends to taste it together. If you like it, you can also refer to it. This kind of porridge does not necessarily have to be eaten during the Laba Festival. You can cook a portion if you want to eat it at ordinary times.

Prepare all ingredients.

Except for apples and lychees, wash the other ingredients well.

Then soak it in water and set aside.

Put the ingredients into the pot, add an appropriate amount of water, then peel the apples and put them in the pot.
