Sausage stir-fried with soybean and green pepper
Overview
This is a very authentic Hunan home-style stir-fry. The recipe is not complicated, but the authentic taste mainly depends on the most authentic ingredients from the place of origin. At home, my mother got home-grown pork from relatives in the countryside in Hunan, and the sausages were smashed and stuffed by hand. The taste is far beyond the ordinary sausages produced in an industrialized manner. Stir-fry the authentic Liuyang tempeh with half a green pepper left over from last night's pizza, and it becomes a bowl of mellow and delicious side dish.
