Prepare tofu and cut into pieces

Soak dried shrimps in warm water for 20 minutes and clean them

Cut onions and ginger into shreds

Put oil in the pot, add onion and ginger and sauté until fragrant

Add dried shrimps and stir-fry for a while

Add appropriate amount of boiling water and bring to boil

Add chopped tofu
-
Add salt and simmer for about 15 minutes

Sprinkle in a small amount of chopped green onion and serve immediately
