Beans dipped in slices
Overview
Qingxu is the hometown of Portugal, the vinegar capital of China. I remember when I was a child, the happiest thing was eating beans dipped in slices! The fragrant beans are wrapped in a layer of fine noodles and dipped in red tomato sauce. Doesn't it feel like a village with hidden flowers and bright flowers?

Mix white flour, bean flour, two eggs and water into a batter. Wake up for about an hour.

Wash the beans. It is best to choose tender beans with lots of meat. I use stringless beans.

After the water boils, add the beans and cook until they are six or seven times ripe.

Drain and cool.

When wrapping beans in noodles, don't wrap them too much. It's just right to be covered with beans without cumbersomeness.

Put it into the pot and cook for about a quarter of an hour. Remove and plate.

Paired with homemade fried tomato sauce, it's so delicious!
