Steamed Dumplings with Mushroom and Cabbage Stuffing
Overview
This is a very healthy steamed dumpling. Mushrooms and cabbage are used as fillings, and wheat flour and corn flour are mixed with noodles for skin. They are all good ingredients for health. The texture and taste of steamed dumplings are also quite good.

Soak dried shiitake mushrooms in cold water.

Put wheat flour, corn flour, and yeast powder into a basin.

Add appropriate amount of water and let the dough rise.

Wash the Chinese cabbage.

Chop the soaked mushrooms.

Add the chopped mushrooms to the wok and add oil, then remove and let cool.

Chop the Chinese cabbage.

Put the mushrooms and Chinese cabbage in a basin, add sesame oil, salt, soy sauce, green onion and ginger and mix well to form a steamed dumpling filling.

Knead the risen dough into a medium-sized dough pancake and roll it into steamed dumpling wrappers.

Add fillings to the steamed dumpling wrappers, pinch the front and back pieces tightly to wrap the steamed dumplings.
