  1. First, soak the red beans in water for 10 hours, then add cold water to the pressure cooker and cook. After the water boils, cook over low heat for about 15 to 20 minutes. The amount of water added is equal to the height of the red beans.

  2. Then divide the red beans several times and put them into a grinder to make a paste.

  3. After the red beans are beaten, they are relatively thin, then put them into the pot and stir-fry. At this time, add white sugar.

  4. When the mushy red beans are fried until they are slightly dry, add cooking oil and continue to stir-fry for a while.
