Ingredients
Steps
-
Cut and wash the duck intestines, then use salt and sweet potato powder to catch it several times!
-
Cut duck intestine into sections, about 10 cm.
-
Blanch the duck intestines in boiling water. When the duck intestines turn white and roll up, you can pick them up!
-
Blanch the duck intestines and set aside.
-
Slice the green pepper, or shred it if you like! It depends on personal preference!
-
Cut the dried chilies in half and shred the ginger.
-
Heat the pot, add oil, then add shredded ginger, dried chili pepper, and duck intestines and stir-fry until fragrant. Cooking wine and soy sauce can be added if you like sugar, but I personally don’t like to add it! When buying duck intestines, you also need to buy a few duck gizzards, which must be blanched in water and put together with the duck intestines (*^__^*) Hehe... don't put them in if you don't like them!
-
Here you can put the duck intestines in the pot, leave some oil and fry the green peppers. Then stir-fry the duck intestines together! I personally think it tastes better this way! You can also add the green pepper directly to the pot!
-
Then season with chicken essence and salt and it’s ready to serve!
