Corn Sausage Cheese White Bread
Overview
This bread dough is very simple, no butter is used, and no eggs are added. But the texture and taste are not bad at all. The bread dough is soft and slightly salty. You can taste the basil-scented sausage, sweet corn kernels, and the light taste of cheese. The layers are very rich. I could eat three of them at once, and even my picky mom said they were delicious. In fact, the method is similar to that of pizza, but the base of the bread should be thicker and the texture should be softer. The following quantity can make 9 pieces.

Steps
-
Put water, oil and salt into bread bucket.
-
Add milk powder and flour, add yeast on top of the flour, and put the bread bucket into the bread machine.
-
Select the dough kneading function for 10 minutes, let it sit for 8 minutes, and then knead the dough for 15 minutes. After the dough is mixed, ferment at room temperature for 40 minutes. (If the room temperature is low, use the bread machine’s fermentation function)
-
While waiting for fermentation, prepare other ingredients. Remove Jenny's Gourmet Sausages from the freezer, no need to defrost.
-
Slice thinly and cut in half. Plan out the corn kernels, steam them over water, and dice the carrots.
-
After the dough is fermented, deflate the air, divide into 9 equal parts, roll into balls, cover with plastic wrap, and rest for 15 minutes.
-
Roll the dough into a round shape.
-
Place into a French bakery tart mold and make small holes with a fork.
-
Spread a thin layer of tomato sauce.
-
Arrange a circle of sausage slices on the bread dough.
-
Add grated mozzarella cheese.
-
Add corn kernels and carrot kernels.
-
Sprinkle some more grated mozzarella cheese.
-
Put it into the lower shelf of the preheated Dongling K-40C oven. I directly selected the 03 level and baked for 12 minutes.
