Small steamed buns with melted beans

Put the yogurt, baby milk powder, sugar, cornstarch together and use a spatula to stir evenly

Add lemon juice to egg whites and beat until stiff peaks

It is very important to beat the egg whites and make sure they have a right-angled tip

Mix one-third of the beaten egg whites with the previously mixed batter evenly, then pour the mixture into the remaining egg whites. Note: All mixing must be done up and down, and the mixing speed should be slightly faster to avoid defoaming (due to the fast speed, I only took a picture of the complete mixture)

Put it into a piping bag and squeeze it onto the tin foil as quickly as possible. There must be some space in the middle. There may be some collapse when baking. Don’t try to save trouble. If you squeeze too much, it will not be cooked easily

Bake in the preheated oven at 90 degrees for 50 minutes
