Bashar nuggets
Overview
I accidentally found this fish nugget in the supermarket, frozen. Unexpectedly, there are no thorns and it tastes delicious when it is tilted up. After thawing the fish, marinate it with salt, cooking wine, soy sauce, and raw powdered ginger for more than fifteen minutes before cooking.

Pour in the oil, heat it up and add a small amount of onion, ginger and garlic, then add the fish pieces in sequence.
