Prepare the ingredients, separate the fat and lean meat into slices, smash and chop the garlic.

Wash the green beans and select into small sections. Boil the green beans in a pan and sauté them for five minutes.

In another pan, add oil and stir-fry the lean meat until fragrant. Add minced garlic and small chili peppers and stir-fry until fragrant. Add the green beans and stir-fry until the green beans are slightly dry. Add soy sauce and thirteen spices and stir-fry for two to three minutes. Add salt to taste, stir well, turn off the heat and serve on a plate.
