Stewed papaya with rock sugar, snow fungus
Overview
The weather is very dry after autumn and my lips are very dry in the morning. Cantonese people like to drink sugar water, at least my family drinks sugar water often. Last time my colleagues came for dinner, I also made a taro and sago decoction with coconut milk. They praised it full of praise, saying that this is sugar water. I chose the stewed papaya with rock sugar and snow fungus in a stew pot. It is simple and convenient. You can drink beautiful sugar water in more than an hour, and it is also beautiful!
