Homemade mung bean sprouts, purely natural, no additives, no pollution, washed clean, water controlled, ready for later use.

Five-spice dried beans, set aside.

Cut into strips.

Slice garlic and set aside.

Heat a pan, add an appropriate amount of oil, add garlic and sauté until fragrant, then add mung bean sprouts and dried beans, season with appropriate amount of salt, and stir-fry a few times.
