Overview
Chicken wings are a frequent guest on my dining table. Apart from braised chicken wings, this is how I make them today. In fact, I learned this from a former colleague. At that time, I hadn’t discovered that I loved cooking. I clearly remember that when my colleague introduced this recipe of chicken wings, he was very confident and the recipe was quite easy to follow. Wash the chicken wings with clean water, soak them for 20 minutes and take them out.

Put water in the pot, add chicken wings after the water boils, blanch for 3 minutes, remove and set aside.

Put a little oil in the pot. After the oil is hot, add the chopped green onion and ginger shreds and sauté until fragrant.

Add chicken wings and stir-fry over medium-low heat.
