Homemade square pizza
Overview
This is my first time making pizza, definitely my debut. I am very satisfied with the result~~~ It was made with an electric pan, and I watched my family eat it with gusto, especially my little one, who praised it while eating it! The pizza mom makes is delicious! ! Haha... the little trouble in the process turned into a kind of fun~~ Are you a little scared looking at the long recipe process? It's actually very simple, I just recorded every detail. In addition, the ingredients used in the pizza sauce are all prepared by myself. The idea is very simple, just to let the family eat with peace of mind~~~

Ingredients
Steps
-
Boil the yeast with warm water and let it sit for 3-5 minutes.
-
Use a large bowl to scoop up the flour, pour in the yeast water and stir with chopsticks to form snowflakes.
-
Then patiently knead it with your hands into a smooth dough.
-
Put it in a large basin, cover it with plastic wrap and ferment it in a warm place (it can ferment in 2-3 hours in summer)
-
While the dough is rising, process the following ingredients: Peel and wash tomatoes, and cut onions, bell peppers, ham sausage, and crispy sausage.
-
Prepare all ingredients and set aside. (As shown in the picture)
-
Ingredients: butter, cheese slices, mixed herbs, and black pepper.
-
Chop the pork into pieces and start making pizza sauce~~~
-
After the pan is hot, put down the butter and keep the heat on medium.
-
Pour in the minced meat and stir-fry for a while.
-
Add the diced onions and stir-fry for about 1 minute
-
Then pour in the tomato cubes and stir-fry over high heat. You can add 3 tablespoons of water, cover the pot and simmer until the sand is released. Add salt, chicken powder, black peppercorns and vanilla and mix well.
-
Serve in a bowl and set aside.
-
Heat the original pot, add the colored peppers and stir-fry until soft.
-
Add the ham, crispy sausage, and bacon and stir-fry.
-
All ingredients are processed.
-
Shred cheese slices.
-
Cut bacon into small pieces.
-
When the dough swells to two or three times in size, take out the dough.
-
Sprinkle some dry flour on a clean surface and knead the dough a few more times to squeeze out the small air holes in the dough.
-
Use a rolling pin to roll it into a square dough piece about the same size as an electric pan, and roll up the four sides slightly. This step can be omitted. Personally, I think it looks better if it has edges, and it doesn’t need to leak out when placing the material. ) Use a fork to lightly poke some holes in the dough.
-
The electric baking pan will make a warning sound after it is preheated. Spread some oil on both sides of the pan.
-
Put the prepared pizza dough into the electric baking pan, use a spoon to scoop up the pizza sauce and spread it evenly on top. (As shown in the picture)
-
Spread a layer of cheese sticks
-
Then put ham, crispy sausage, bacon slices, then evenly put colored peppers, and finally put a layer of cheese sticks.
-
During the preheating process, there is heat in the pot, and the cake embryo is already heated when it is put down. The preset fried egg function is just right. Cover the lid of the electric baking pan and fry the upper and lower layers at the same time. If you feel unsure, you can actually open the lid and observe during the frying process, and the heat will be easier to control. When the time is up, open the lid and squeeze on some tomato sauce. Wow! ! Increased appetite~~

After it cools, take out the whole pizza, cut it into small pieces, and it’s ready to go~
