Pan-fried duck breast with honey sauce and vanilla
Overview
Nanjing is known as the capital of ducks! Therefore, duck meat is also the star of the show at my table. Sometimes it is marinated, sometimes braised, sometimes stewed, sometimes fried. Anyway, as long as duck meat is eaten, it can be eaten any way! Today I made this delicacy by frying it: the duck breast was marinated in honey barbecue sauce overnight, and then fried in a multi-functional non-stick pan. After it was taken out of the pan, I sprinkled a little Italian herbs. It was really convenient and fast; the taste was incredible~~~
