Wash and blanch celery leaves to remove the bitter taste.

Squeeze out the water from the celery leaves and chop into small pieces. Place in cornmeal and add a pinch of salt.

Add warm water and mix the celery leaves and cornmeal thoroughly.

Form into small cakes. Brush the electric baking pan with a little oil, place the corn tortillas in the electric baking pan, and pour water. Fry the tortillas until cooked.
