Homemade Peanut Butter and Tahini
Overview
It’s really surprising to use the all-in-one Vesma blender to make peanut butter. The taste is the same as the one sold in the supermarket, fragrant and smooth, but without any additives or trans fatty acids. As soon as it was made, my daughter dipped it in with her little finger and put it in her mouth, and said: "It's so delicious!"

Spread peanuts flat on a microwave baking sheet.

Microwave for about 7 minutes until done, taking out and stirring every 2 minutes.

After cooling, peel off the skin and pour into a Vishmet broken-wall cooking cup.

Use a stir stick with it.

Select the sauce button and break the peanuts first.

Then add cooked peanut oil, salt, and condensed milk.

Continue beating until smooth and delicate. (The breaker should be allowed to rest from time to time during whipping to avoid damage.)

After scooping out the peanut butter, put the cooked sesame seeds into the Vishmet food processor.

Use the same method, first stir into pieces and then add appropriate amount of sesame oil to beat the white sesame seeds into paste.
