Cranberry Bran Cup
Overview
The first time I saw wood bran cups was in a dessert shop. After asking the clerk what they were, I bought a box and tasted it. The wood bran cups on top were crunchy and the cream on the bottom was sweet. It was a taste that I loved after eating it. Later, after I started baking, I made it myself. Although I didn’t eat it often because I was afraid of getting fat, I would still make one once in a while to enjoy myself. When you make your own wood bran cups, you can choose the amount of sugar to add, or you can add various fruits or dried fruits that you like. I usually like to eat sweet and sour things, so I added cranberries to the wooden chaff cup.

Put the breakfast biscuits into a plastic bag and use a rolling pin to crush them

Light cream and sugar

Whip the whipped cream until it becomes feathery

Put into piping bag

Squeeze a layer of cream into the chaff cup

Sprinkle with chopped dried cranberries

Sprinkle crumbled breakfast biscuits on top with a spoon

Smooth it out and repeat steps 5, 6, and 7

Finally, put a few whole cranberries on top of the breakfast crumbs
