Dried fried small fish
Overview
The air fryer always brings us unexpected delicious food. The first time I fried the dried fish, it was not ideal. The second time I fried it, it was still not ideal. This time I used a fryer, well, it was pretty good. The fryer can fry to the ideal crispiness with less oil. I have always wanted to use it to make beef strips, but I haven’t started it yet. It should be great. Take the time to make one.

Soak the dried fish in pure water, changing the water for cleaning in between. After soaking, add light soy salt (approximately, the dried fish is naturally salty) and marinate with cooking wine.

Pickle the dried fish and pour out the water-based seasoning. Add sugar, the amount of sugar should be slightly more.

Add the starch and mix evenly. You don’t need too much starch, just a thin layer. Drizzle with cooking oil.

After the fryer is preheated for five minutes, place the dried fish in the frying basket,

Start the fryer at 200 degrees for about 10 minutes. You can pull it apart in the middle to see.

Fried dried fish can be eaten as a snack.
