Sweet and sour kelp

This is my mother's specialty dish. Many people praise it after eating it. It also has the effect of beautifying and slimming down.

A piece of dried kelp.

Wash garlic cloves and dried chilies.

Chop green onions. (I prepared it in advance)

Chop garlic and dried chilies into mince.

Unwrap the kelp and soak it in clean water for no more than 30 minutes.

It is best to scrub with a toothbrush, rinse repeatedly, and then drain.

Cut into thin strips.

Put water in a pot and bring to a boil over high heat. Bring the seaweed into the pot and blanch it. Boil and stir for a while before taking it out.

Drain again and let cool.

Add oil to the pot and sauté the minced garlic and dried chili until fragrant.

Sauté the chopped chives again.

Add two tablespoons of balsamic vinegar, sugar, and salt, add according to personal preference.

After it cools down a bit, add the kelp and stir evenly.

Garnish with chopped green onions, drizzle with sesame oil to add flavor, and remove from the pan and serve.
