Chicken Pizza
Overview
I have been making pizza over and over again recently. I like the taste of chicken, it is completely made at home, and the homemade pizza crust. I don’t like the thick and tasteless dough around it. It is all covered with ingredients. Although it is not beautiful, it still tastes quite enjoyable...

Ingredients
Steps
-
Add high-gluten flour, yeast water activated by warm water, and white sugar to knead into a smooth dough, cover with plastic wrap and ferment until 2~2.5 times in size
-
Remove the chicken thighs and cut into thick slices
-
Add black pepper, ginger powder, cooking wine, salt, and sugar to marinate for a while, then add a little dry starch and mix well
-
Add a little oil to the pot, fry the chicken, add some shredded green peppers and onions and stir-fry until the chicken turns white, add a little dark soy sauce for color, turn off the heat
-
Put the chicken in a strainer and press it with a spoon a few times to control the oil and moisture (be sure to control the oil and moisture, otherwise the finished product will be watery)
-
After the risen dough is deflated, divide the dough into pieces, roll it into a pie crust of about 8 inches, insert some small holes, seal with plastic wrap and let it rest for 15 minutes
-
Prepare shredded green peppers, onions (cut very finely), mozzarella, and diced tomatoes
-
Brush with tomato sauce and sprinkle with pizza grass
-
Place in a preheated 180-degree oven and bake on the middle rack for about 10 minutes
-
After the crust puffs up, sprinkle with mozzarella and bake until slightly softened
-
Sprinkle with chicken, green pepper shreds, onion shreds, mozzarella, and diced tomatoes
-
Put it in the oven at 200 degrees in the middle rack and bake for 10 to 15 minutes.
