Overview
Since I made brown sugar soft-roasted bread last time, I think it tastes very good. This time I mixed coffee powder into the dough and added peanuts, cashews and raisins to make it more flavorful~

Put the flour into the bread barrel, add salt and sugar diagonally, yeast in the middle, and coffee powder.

Add an appropriate amount of milk according to the water absorption of the flour and start the first dough mixing process.

At the end of the program, add softened butter at room temperature.

Lightly chop the raisins, cashews and peanuts.

When there are five minutes left in the program, pour in all the nuts.

Make one serving at room temperature.

Take out the risen dough and let it deflate.

Divide into three parts and let rest for about 15 minutes.

Place dough on baking sheet.

Place a bowl of hot water in the oven for the second rise.

After the second rise, take it out, sift a layer of high flour, and draw patterns.
