Overview
The meat of Swordfish is tender and delicious. It is rich in methionine and lysine, and the content is 29% and 34% higher than that of ordinary fish respectively. It is also rich in unsaturated fatty acids and vitamin A, as well as a variety of mineral elements, mainly strontium.

Clean the purchased Valsalva fish, put lemon slices into the fish belly, sprinkle a little salt, black pepper, and soy sauce around it, and marinate for 20 minutes.

Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 6-8 minutes. Check that the fish tail and skin are slightly charred. Take it out and shred the onion, ginger, garlic and red pepper.
