Curry flavored beef jerky
Overview
My daughter likes to eat meat, and she lives in school. You know, there is no real meat to eat, so she makes some preserved beef jerky to add some nutrition.

Cut into pieces or strips, straight or against the silk, as you like, I cut it in half, the smooth silk has a chewy texture.

A very useful skimmer is a very tight colander

Add ingredients other than curry

Cook over medium heat for forty-five minutes (one lesson, don’t delay)

Drain the water, heat a non-stick pan, add curry and stir-fry
