Fresh pork front leg meat, lean meat mixed with fat, the filling will not be too dry.

Chop the pork into minced meat and cut into the scallions.

Add salt, pepper, and light soy sauce.

Mix well and set aside.

Use purchased wonton wrappers as spring roll wrappers, add minced meat, roll from one side, seal with water, and then wrap both sides.

Heat the oil in a pan, a little more than you usually use for cooking. The oil temperature is 80% hot. Add the spring rolls.

Fry until both sides are golden brown. If you want it to be crispier, you can return it to the pot and fry it again.

When the finished product comes out of the pan, it is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. It tastes like chives and pepper. It is a particularly delicious snack.
