The Chinese New Year is coming soon, and some relatives are coming to my family this year to give them some sweet New Year flavor.

Wash the pork belly in warm water

Put rock sugar into a pot of cold water

Add some braised sauce, salt

Use a needle to prick some holes in the meat to facilitate the flavoring

Order soy sauce

Add white wine, add more soy sauce if it turns light, and cover

Let it sit for two nights and take it out

Use chopsticks to pierce two holes in the meat

Thread the rope in

Drain the water

Hang in a cool and ventilated place to cool and dry
