Overview
After making bread sandwiches, I found that many people like this simple and easy-to-make breakfast, so today I bring you another breakfast that cannot be made with the same ingredients, hoping it will be equally popular

Put the eggs and chopped green onion in a bowl and add a little salt and stir well

Remove the toast bread and set aside

Use a rolling pin to flatten the bread slightly and roll it out thinly

Put another layer of egg skin, top with cucumber and ham. Spread a little salad dressing (just a little bit) in the middle of each layer so that all the ingredients can stick together

After all the materials are put together, slowly roll it up, try to roll it as tightly as possible. If it is loose, it will fall apart easily and it will be difficult to cut
