Invincible soft red bean and barley waffles
Overview
I wanted to eat waffles when I got up in the morning, but the waffle recipes I made before always felt hard in the middle, so I didn’t want to make a regular version of the waffle recipe. I thought about buying a lot of red bean and coix seed flour at home, and my imagination went crazy. I wanted to try it and see what the effect would be. I didn't expect that the finished product was very soft, and there was no solid layer in the middle. It was so delicious that I couldn't stand it!
