Strawberry milkshake
Overview
I like strawberries, especially the special and charming smell, the long and intoxicating sweet fragrance, exuding natural freshness and magic. Every time I eat strawberries, I always feel like I am returning to nature. That cute appearance is also very flattering. The small green leaves are like a small straw hat, the red pulp, the face with small freckles, and the strawberry shyly hidden under the hat, like a subtle, gentle, spiritual, and slightly naughty and cute little girl. Strawberries bought in supermarkets often feel a bit sour. One bite and you can close your eyes for half a while. So occasionally, just occasionally (because eating them raw is more nutritious) I will give the sour strawberries a scalding hot bath and let them soak in the sweet sugar water. After a while, the strawberries really became mature - washed away the greenness and tenderness, and became soft and refreshingly sweet. Taste one bite after another and you can't stop. On a sunny winter afternoon, a cup of sweet strawberry milkshake and a good book created a peaceful and far-reaching good time.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Wash the strawberries and remove the leaves.
-
Add cold water to cover the strawberries. Add sugar
-
Add rock sugar.
-
Boiled strawberries. Stir occasionally during this period to prevent the bottom of the pot from burning. (The above steps are also how to make strawberries in sugar water)
-
While the strawberries are cooking, cut the butter into small pieces and put it into the rice cooker. Add the sugar and whip the fresh cream clockwise.
-
Add plain yogurt and continue stirring.
-
Beat the eggs and mix well.
-
Pour into rice cooker.
-
Turn on to cook, stirring while cooking. Cook for a while.
-
After the strawberries in the pot are cooked, pour them out into a transparent bowl.
-
Gently pour the milkshake from the rice cooker over the strawberry puree. (Be sure to pour it lightly to ensure that the two substances do not mix together and separate into layers.)
-
Cut four fresh strawberries in the middle and place them gently on top of the milkshake. Ready to eat.
