After the cauliflower is blanched, drain it on a plate and set aside.

Wash the fungus and set aside.

Mix cornstarch and balsamic vinegar into juice and set aside

Chop ginger, garlic, chives or other spicy vegetables, and dry red pepper. Set aside.

Pour oil into the pot, heat it to about 70% heat, add ginger, minced garlic and dried red pepper.

Then put the cauliflower in the pot and stir-fry for three to five minutes. Add a little salt and light soy sauce.

Immediately afterwards, put the black fungus in the pot, stir quickly, add light soy sauce, salt, five-spice powder, and finally the cornstarch juice.

Finally, reduce the juice over high heat. Before taking it out of the pan, add a few drops of sesame oil and sprinkle a little chicken essence to increase the freshness. After putting it on the plate, sprinkle with chopped chives and that’s it.
