Homemade Double Egg Sausage

Prepare raw materials
Cut the eggs into small pieces, beat them into egg liquid
Put the eggs and egg whites together, add salt and mix well
Wash and prepare the casing, tie one end and put the other end on the funnel. If there is no funnel, cut the mineral water bottle at the waist, take the upper part to make a simple funnel, and then put the casing on the mouth of the bottle
Pour the mixed egg liquid into the funnel, pour it into the casing, and tie the other end of the casing
After the water boils, add the egg sausage, cook over low heat, turn over after 10 minutes, and cook for another 8 minutes. You can prick it with a toothpick. If no liquid comes out, it means it is cooked
Take out and let cool
Remove casings
