Stir-fried pork with lotus root strips
Overview
Every time I fry lotus root, I fry it in slices. If I get tired of it, I change the cutting method and cut the lotus root into strips. It tastes crisper and more refreshing than lotus root slices. I add Totole abalone oyster sauce. The design of the bottle mouth only requires a slight squeeze, which is particularly trouble-free and convenient. The deliciousness of oyster sauce also adds a lot of freshness to the ordinary lotus root strips.
