Overview

I bought fresh cabbage, and specially left the tender core for frying crab-flavored mushrooms. It is light and fragrant, and it is another delicious, bowel-cleansing, nutritious and weight-loss meal with less oil!

  1. Wash the tender core parts of the bok choy.

  3. Put appropriate amount of oil in the pot, add dry red pepper and stir-fry until fragrant.

  4. Add bok choy and stir-fry.

  5. When the bok choy is soft, add the crab mushrooms.

  6. Continue to stir-fry until the vegetables are soft, add salt and chicken essence to taste and serve.
