Ingredients
Steps
-
Melt butter over water
-
Add the egg whites to the powdered sugar and mix well
-
Slowly add the melted butter to the egg whites and stir until completely integrated (you must pay attention to the fact that the oil and egg whites must be integrated into one, otherwise the oil and egg whites will separate and the texture will not be crispy)
-
Add sifted low-gluten flour and mix well
-
Line a baking sheet with tin foil, use a spoon to scoop out a level spoonful of batter and spread it on the tin foil
-
Sprinkle almond slices on top, fill the baking sheet at a time and put it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for six or seven minutes (you must check this yourself. Each oven temperature is different and depends on your own oven)
-
When it is done, take it out and put it on a rolling pin while it is still hot and turn it into tiles. Let the tiles cool and be sure to put them in a plastic bag and seal them, otherwise they will not be crispy
