Overview
The meat in the sauce is cooked and fragrant, and the potatoes are soft. The oily aroma of the sauced pork made in rural areas is immersed in the potato slices. It is crispy, salty, and the sauce is more flavorful. It is oily but not greasy and melts in your mouth.
