Remove the yellow leaves from the purchased cabbage, wash it, soak it in salt water for ten minutes and then take it out.

Crush the garlic and cut the red pepper into small pieces and set aside.

Boil water in a pot.

After the water boils, blanch the cabbage and put it on a plate. (less than a minute)

Heat oil in a pan, add minced garlic and red pepper diced, sauté until fragrant, turn off heat and add light soy sauce.

Just pour it on top of the cabbage.
