Spicy flower crab

Overview

Fresh sea crabs, with minimal seasoning, can make seafood that is moderately spicy and extremely delicious! It is the most popular dish on my family's dinner table.

  1. Raw material picture. When buying flower crabs at the seafood stall, ask the store to kill them and then rinse them when you return. Wash the onions, ginger, garlic, dried chilies and Sichuan peppercorns and set aside.

  2. Cut the flower crab in half, cut the dried chili pepper into small pieces, cut the green onion into small pieces, shred the ginger, slice the garlic and Sichuan peppercorns into a small bowl.

  3. Heat the pot, add 3 times the amount of oil for frying a plate of vegetables, add the ingredients and stir-fry until fragrant, add the flower crabs and stir-fry.

  4. After one minute, add five spoons of cooking wine and 3 spoons of light soy sauce, and continue to stir-fry.

  5. Add half a spoon of salt and stir-fry evenly, cover the pot for half a minute.

  6. Serve out and start.
