Wash the required ingredients and chop the rest except the Cantonese sausage.

Mix yeast, sugar and milk, add to flour and knead to form a smooth dough, cover tightly and let rest for ten minutes.

Divide one third of the rested dough and make the rest into the crust.

Roll large portions of dough into pizza pan-sized pieces.

Place the dough sheet into a 9-inch pizza pan and make some small holes with a fork.

Place beef and other fillings on top.

Finally add cheese. (Cut the cheese into shreds.) Next make the lace.

Divide the other dough into two parts, roll them out, wrap each piece of Cantonese-style sausage, pinch tightly, and cut into 1.5 cm thick round slices with a knife. Forgot to take photos at this step! Forgive me.

Spread the rounds around the edges of the pizza. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees for ten minutes in advance.

Place in the middle bottom of the oven and bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
