Spicy and sour diced lotus root
Overview
Normally, lotus root is sliced and fried or served cold. In fact, there is another way to make it. It is very delicious to cut the lotus root into diced lotus root and make it spicy. The stir-fried lotus root diced in this way is sour and spicy, appetizing, crispy and delicious. Today, Akuan's corn is also added to it. The beef sauce has large chunks of beef and corn kernels. It has a richer texture and a more fragrant taste. I used to love its dough, and this time I tried the beef sauce. It was also very good. The diced lotus root made with it is delicious whether it is paired with rice or noodles.
