Wash the chicken wings and chop them with a knife.

Then marinate with cooking wine + salt + five spice powder + black pepper juice for more than 20 minutes.

Put oil in a pot, add rock sugar and stir-fry until the sugar color becomes brown and the chicken wings become brown.

Fry 2 sides until golden brown.

Add appropriate amount of water and bring to a simmer over medium heat.

Simmer for about 30 minutes when the soup in the pot becomes thick and the juice is reduced.

Sprinkle some chopped coriander and take it out of the pot, and the house will be filled with fragrance.
