Wash the cabbage and cut into small pieces.

Wash the meat and cut into slices.

Add salt, thirteen spices and bean paste.

Mix well.

Add sweet potato flour.

Stir evenly and let the sweet potato flour coat the meat slices.

After the water boils, add the cabbage stems and boil.

Put the meat slices into the water one by one.
