Fried eggs with chives
Overview
Today’s menu is a child’s favorite dish, fresh scrambled eggs with chives. I originally planned to make pan-fried buns with chives, but I didn’t have enough time, so I made a simple one.

Clean the leek moss.

First cut the leek into sections and crack the eggs into a bowl.

Put oil in the pot, because we need to scramble the eggs, there is a little more oil than we usually use for stir-frying.

After the oil is hot, pour the beaten egg liquid into the wok and stir-fry lightly.

Add the chopped leek, a little salt, and light soy sauce.

Simply stir-fry and it's OK.
