Dried lettuce, set aside.

Soak in water overnight, rinse thoroughly, remove and squeeze out excess water.

Homemade mung bean sprouts, purely natural, no additives and no pollution.

Rinse clean, drain, put into a plate, and set aside.

Remove the stems from the red pepper, wash, cut into sections, and set aside.

Heat a pot, add a little oil, add red pepper and saute until fragrant, then add dried lettuce and mung bean sprouts, season with a little salt and light soy sauce, stir-fry a few times.

Remove from pan and plate.
