  4. Ferment in an environment with a temperature of 36-38°C and a humidity of 85% until it doubles in size. (Takes about an hour)

After the fermentation is completed, brush a layer of water on the surface of each small dough with a wool brush, put it into the middle layer of the preheated oven at 180 degrees, turn the heat up and down, and bake for 18 to 20 minutes. Take it out of the oven, put it on the baking rack to dry until it is warm to your hands, put it in a plastic bag, and seal it for storage.
