Prepare raw materials

Peel the corn, cut the apple into small pieces, and dissolve the lotus root starch in cold water first

Use a pan of water to beat the poached eggs. Boil the poached eggs in the water to make them easy to shape and control their maturity.

Use another pan of water to add corn kernels and cook

After the corn kernels are cooked soft, add the raisins and cook for a while

Finally add the apple cubes

Add lotus root starch

Then add the cooked poached eggs and it’s ready to serve.
