Prepare the refined oil residue in advance. I fried it a little bit, but it still doesn’t affect the taste. If it’s too yellow or black, don’t eat it

Chop the green pepper and garlic and set aside

First stir-fry the green chili and garlic in a hot pan and put them into a bowl for later use

Then add oil, fry the oil residue and boil it in water. If the oil residue has skin, add more water to soften it at first, otherwise you won’t be able to bite it!
